摘要：Buildings are one of the most essential needs of human beings and now the era is of SmartTechnology therefore the paper deals with the Smart Buildings Techniques used to built smart houses with lowenergy consumption. The Paper deals briefly with use of Green Building Technology which can be used to decreasethe load on Non- Renewable resources and increase the use of Renewable resources and eco-friendly materials inconstruction techniques to use Smart Buildings on large scale.
