摘要：A single crystal of Copperdoped urea thioureahasbeen grown successfully from its aqueous solution.The grown crystals have been subjected to X-ray diffraction studies to identify the morphology and structure. TheTGA studies showed the thermal properties of the crystals. The functional group of the grown crystals was found byUV - Visible double beam spectra, FT-IR analysis, NMR and XRD studies.
