  • 摘要:Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning system (HVAC) is a system design that provides heating andcooling service to building or industry. The design of control system for HVAC system is to introduce automation inthe HVAC process. This paper describes idea about design of control panel for HVAC application. In every industrythere is focus on achieving energy efficient environment, hence during designing any HVAC system for industrialapplication, engineer have to propose control philosophy. Based on control philosophy, PLC panel specifications andload calculations can be done.In accordance with current methodology used by industry, in the paper procedure for PLC panel design is introduced.This procedure will help engineers to understand design flow of PLC Panel in HVAC automation. The process startsfrom preparation of documents like Control Philosophy, Logic Flow Chart, IO list, specification, and layout. TheProcess of PLC manufacturing starts, in accordance with mentioned documents. After that testing and commissioningstarts to check the functional correctness of controller and to ensure its safety requirements. After reviewing currentindustrial automation, additional concept of advanced alarm and notification system is introduced here can be futurework for safety purpose.
