摘要:Consumers’ demand for noticeable and regional origin of food is continuouslyincreasing. Initiatives and label schemes signing food’s originare founded. Forms and awareness of these labels differ between Germany,Austria and Switzerland, also their understanding of regions.This study wants to analyze the different consumer perception in thisfact between these countries and try to explain the reasons therefor. Asbasis, a standardized online consumer survey was conducted in Germany,Austria and Switzerland in 2015.
