摘要：Several studies show that consumers are increasingly interested in theproduction processes of a product while purchasing food. In the field ofpork production, the agricultural production process offers a largelyunused communication potential. In the light of this fact, an onlinesurveyinvestigated the interest in information about the agriculturalproduction process when purchasing locally produced pork. Aninformation display matrix was used for this purpose. One importantresult is that younger people are particularly interested in the use ofantibiotics in pig husbandry, while older persons prefer informationabout the farm and about the space or movement possibilities for pigs.
