摘要：Cherry production under rooftop systems currently establishes as thenew standard in Germany. So far, scientific research has not focused oneconomic aspects of new production systems. This paper aims at closingthis research gap. The investment costs and profitability of alternativecherry production systems will be analyzed in this paper. As the resultsshow, cherry production in Germany can be profitable if an appropriateproduction system is chosen.
