摘要：In this work, we empirically compare the performance of various visual descriptors for ulcerdetection using real Wireless Capsule Endoscopy WCE video frames. This comparison isintended to determine which visual descriptor represents better WCE frames, and yields moreaccurate gastrointestinal ulcer detection. The extracted visual descriptors are fed to the ulcerrecognition system which relies on Support Vector Machine (SVM) classification to categorizeWCE frames as “ulcer” or “non-ulcer”.
