标题:Investigating the Influence of Service Training, Reward System and Empowerment on Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment of the Employees of Ilam's Telecommunications Company

摘要:The current study focuses on the investigation of the relationship between variables training,reward, empowerment and job satisfaction of the employees and the influence of job satisfactionon the organizational commitment. In so doing, the relationship between super pattern variableswas considered on the basis of some theoretical principles. This is a correlative study in whichthe path analysis model is used, because it is possible to investigate direct and indirect pathsthrough such model. Population included all employees of Ilam’s telecommunications companyamong whom 190 ones were selected as the sample by use of randomized sampling model. Datawas gathered using five standard questionnaires. The reliability and admissibility of thequestionnaires was evaluated by use of Coronbach’s and explorative factor analysis. In orderto test the available pattern, the path analysis technique was used. Results show that there is ameaningful relationship between the above mentioned variables.
