摘要:Business for Sustainable Development" an association as has been established among three themes. It has been indicated that without management of performance of social business the sustainable development of organization is not doable. Therefore the performance management system is an important instrument to facili tate organization to achieve its goal. Both Individual skills and contributions and organizational objective measurement is needed to develop the ultimate mission. Employees are the critical factor in performance management, where radiant designed model of system will result strong management assurance, and better employees' performance of any social business direct to organization's sustainable development
