摘要：The purpose of this article is to discuss the radicalization of the environmental issue and its intrinsic relationship to the process of (re) politicization of health seized from the crisis of capital determinations. Gathers reflections based on a literature review, concerning the exploitation of nature and humanity inherent in the current production model and its consequences for the constitution of the social relations as foundational to the sanitary standard. It emphasizes the impacts of environmental barbarism health. And environmental health is reflected / ecosystem vision of health as an intersectoral strategy that refutes the biomedical character present in health services. Finally, says the capital is pathogenic in their genetics and the current settings, the struggle for the right to health pervades overcoming this sociometabólico system to a more just order.
