摘要：This executive summary contains the main findings from the evaluation of Project 360.Project 360 is a secondary responder programme in the Leicestershire Police Force area, in which engagement workers, with an expertise in assisting victims of domestic violence, work from within the police force. Following a reported domestic incident, the engagement worker contacts the victims via telephone within 24 hours and acts as a mediator between the police and local domestic violence support services. Engagement workers provide information about existing local services, help victims to make statements with police and provide victims with assistance and referrals to access services. Rapid phone contact is often followed up by face-to-face visits between engagement workers and victims to provide further assistance.
