摘要：In the third part of the Ethos project, I focus solelyon the question: “What does ancient philosophyteach us?” - I refer to ways to wisdom brought tous by the important representatives ofphilosophical schools. It seemed to make sense tostart with the Greek triumvirate SocratesAristotle, inasmuch as these wise men have taughtus philosophy as a way of life, based on the needto adopt a morally grounded existence in ourchoice of life. Then I introduce variousrepresentatives of Hellenistic schoolsof philosophical marginalia. To do this, I enter thegardens of Epicurus, devote myself to the moraltheories of the Stoics, and focus on themeditations of Marcus Aurelius in his“Exhortations to Himself”.
