摘要：From hacking to illegal sales of personal information, the leakage of information has been a seriousproblem for a long time. The number of damage caused by this leakage was more than three times ofKorean population for last six years, which means that everyone in the whole nation experienced theinformation leakage for three times in average. However, the restriction was not greater than slapping onthe wrists while people should endure the damage. Thus, it would be urgent to establish measures toimpose more strict responsibility for the leakage of personal information, by reinforcing the compensationand fine. For this, there should be in-depth discussions for measures to establish the relief of damage topersonal information occurring diversely.
