摘要：Today, smartphones offer a variety of convenient functions, such as SNS, financial services andinformation retrieval, but they pose social issues due to the excessive or unwanted collection of personalinformation by service providers. In this paper, we propose ways to improve the access rights problems ofsmart phone applications. We looked at domestic and overseas laws and standards regarding smart phoneapplications. And we check the status of the smart phone application's access authority to ensure it meetsthe relevant criteria. We also looked at items to check the access rights of smart phone applications on thechecklist used by domestic privacy agencies. Finally, in this paper, we sought to contribute to thecompliance of the law by presenting improvement measures.
