摘要:Critical analysis of technological skills deemed extremely important in the evaluation of faculty staffe- readiness. Research aims at assessing e-readiness of faculty staff in the affiliate institutions of theRoyal Commission in Jubail, and to investigate whether their experience in using ICTs influencestheir judgement about using ICTs or not. Survey methodology facilitated through the use ofquestionnaires collected from 146 respondents. Analysis revealed that faculty staff judgement aboutusing ICTs, their e- readiness and willingness to using ICTs are highly positive. Moreover, theirexperience in using ICTs did not significantly predict their judgement about ICTs. The result of thisstudy provides valuable insights as it will enable policy-makers to prioritize interventions needed fortransforming the Institutions of the Royal Commission in Jubail into an e-ready entity favourablyplaced to benefit from digital opportunities, as well as to develop and support factors that enhancestrategies for adopting ICTs effectively
