摘要：The present text aims to present the argument that there is a new vocabulary being developed to support the new models of institutional development (in the public and private sector), an argument that has emerged in recent years. We argue that this new vocabulary, although not restricted to the academy, is designed from the standpoint of rejection of Enlightenment metaphysics and its terms can be integrated into the reflective support of pragmatism. We also present some examples of institutional management models that represent some facets of the terms of this new vocabulary.
