The article is devoted to the scientific problem of the transformation of domestic enterprises into the state of system - perfect business organizations by developing a strategy for these purposes. The authors of the article emphasize that in today's economic environment domestic enterprises face serious challenges related to the transformation of the world economic system on the basis of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, the system crisis in the system of state administration of Ukraine, which arose as a result of the entropy system catastrophe with the USSR, the reorientation of economic ties to the European market and all this against the background of system imperfections in comparison with Western competitors.
