  • 标题:A presença da gestão nas diretrizes curriculares para a formação em Educação Física no Brasil

  • 摘要:With the greater complexity that education, leisure, sport and health have been acquiring in the last decades, the management of the activities developed in these fields began to gain greater importance. For this reason, management is a professional activity that has recently been incorporated into the knowledge and practices of Physical Education of Brazil. The management is foreseen in the list of activities to be carried out by teachers and professionals of Physical Education of the country, in schools or other organizations in which they are present, by Laws 9.394/1996 and 9.696/1998, besides having been regulated by the Physical Education Federal Council (CONFEF), published in 2002. Although management knowledge is present in most of the undergraduate courses offered in the country today, there is still no consensus on as these knowledges must be treated to incorporate the curricular trajectories of these programs. Therefore, this work had as main objective to identify the presence of management in the rules for the curriculum development in Physical Education undergraduate programs in Brazil, from the beginning of its offer in the country to the present days. It is a qualitative investigation and its realization, according to Gil (2010), was based on a descriptive, bibliographic and documentary approach. The data were analyzed in three stages: reduction, presentation and verification / conclusion. As a result, it was possible to identify that the rules which regulated the Physical Education programs of the years 1934, 1969 and 1987 did not include the management among the knowledge necessary for graduating. On the other hand, in the rules of 1939, 1945, 2002, 2004 and 2015 management is explicitly recorded in the texts. As a conclusion, the work made it possible to understand that the presence of management knowledge in the guidelines for undergraduate courses, over time, has become more explicit and, detailed. Especially in the National Curriculum Guidelines of 2002, 2004 and 2015, it was possible to perceive an increased concern with this dimension of qualification, as it occurs greater detail in relation to what is expected of teachers and professionals in relation to management. Therefore, in the regulations in force, Resolutions 7/2004 and 2/2015, contents, skills and management competences should be developed in the Physical Education undergraduate programs.
