摘要:When translating the Spatial Citizenship (SPACIT) approach into practical learning environments,an appropriate competence model becomes essential. Based on previousdeliberations for preparing SPACIT for curriculum implementation this paper illustrates thesystematic production of a competence framework for SPACIT education for teachertraining courses. Founded on a content analysis of the scholarly literature on the SPACITapproach, the construction is conducted as a three step method including the considerationof influential international competence models (e.g. the body of knowledge concerningGIScience & Technology, DIGCOMP, CEFR, ITEC) and material from neighbouringdomains (e.g. philosophy, communication theory, geography, pedagogy).
