摘要：In this article I intend to reconstruct the methodological definitions made in the research on popular sectorsyoung people, highlighting the circumstances, tensions, and accumulations we have produced in each stage ofthis process. On the basis of that analysis I develop some conclusions in terms of tensions, learning, and challenges.I recover my own backgrounds and those from the research group I lead at Escuela de Trabajo Social – UNC; whichsince many years intends to characterize and understand young people in Cordoba, their ways of organization,their motivations for participate, their representations and assessments towards work.
