摘要：Logistics Park is the inevitable product of the development of modern logistics industry, the reasonable construction of Logistics Park is conducive to promoting the stable development of urban economy. The paper uses the method of system dynamics and case analysis, considering the regional economy, facilities and equipment, industrial demand and other aspects, quantifying various influencing factors, and through the model to build the relationship between the various factors.
