摘要：RESUMO Entre 2015 e o início de 2016, estudantes ocuparam centenas de escolas públicas em São Paulo, contra o projeto do governo estadual de fechar escolas e realocar alunos. Uma das lentes para observar o que foi chamado de “primavera secundarista” é a disputa de argumentos jurídicos entre questões sobre posse e propriedade públicas, por um lado, e direito à manifestação, por outro.
