摘要：La imaginación es una característica que recorre los Ejercicios Espirituales de san Ignacio de Loyola mediante sus variedades textuales (“ver”, “la vista imaginativa”, “imaginando” o “los ojos de la imaginación”). A lo que el texto aporta (mistografía) le precede una experiencia (mística) que articula un proceso (mistología) teológico-espiritual de la fe cristiana. Esto comporta tres factores: 1) la recuperación de la imaginación y su carácter transformativo para el ejercitante o la persona que ejercita su fe; 2) la consideración de la imaginación más allá del claustro de la psique; 3) la elaboración de una teopoética: la teología de la creación y de la forma Christi en la cual el ojo de la imaginación educa al sujeto en su mirada a los misterios de la vida de Cristo, de su sí mismo y del mundo que le rodea.

Ignatius of Loyola by way of several textual variations (“to see”, “the imaginative view”, “imagining” or “the eyes of imagination”).
