摘要：This research studies five characteristics of water qualityusing techniques of Statistical Quality Control as applied toactual 2014 data collected for a water treatment plant locatedin United States. An overview of some of the resultsobtained using Minitab 17 are presented as well asconclusions and future directions of the research.
