摘要：The present study deals with organizational climate among higher secondary school teachers. Survey method is used for the present study. The sample consists of 150 sample higher secondary school teachers in Thanjavur educational district. The tool used is Organizational Climate Scale(OCS).The study reveals that there is significant difference in the organizational climate among higher secondary school teachers.
