摘要：The turbulences caused by an economic crisis are so complex that the rise of a problem creates a series of other issues which, in turn, cause problems with respective effects. The health system is one of those directly affected by the crisis, and in turn, created negative effects on human resources, the main element to activate a healthy economy.
