摘要:Innovation and innovativeness are one of the crucial subjects that social scientists have researched. Since it provides the competitive advantage and survival in long-term, there is large interest in business literature. Innovation is quite related to individuals’ values, organizational variables and/or socio-cultural factors. This study aims to explain the mediator role of individual innovativeness between social values related to innovation and entrepreneurial intention with a longitudinal research design. The findings supported the mediation role of individual innovativeness between social values of innovation and entrepreneurial intention longitudinally. The other longitudinal findings were discussed with their contributions and research limitations.
