摘要：The Indian tourism industry has made good strides over a decade and contributes significantly to the growth of the economy. Both FTA and domestic tourist numbers have grown up. Considering the scope of tourism in India and more particularly with reference to Yercaud there is a need for the Government as well as implementing agencies to improve the facilities because quite a few studies have cited lack of infrastructure as one of the hindrances for tourism growth. This calls for an analytical identification of established and un-established sightseeing infrastructural facilities in Yercaud.
