摘要：The article presents an analysis of the concept of "universal values" in the context of studies of philosophy and sociology. It is noted that the problem of values is one of the fundamental, because everything that surrounds man, gives him attitude, containing the value- driven aspect. It is found that from the perspective of the philosophy the human values are the importance of values of objects, phenomena, ideas peculiar for the society or the world community. And from the perspective of sociology, the values present the objective form of social relations, which is conventional and socially significant, capable of meeting the desires and interests
