摘要：In the article some problems of management of youth’s professional orientation system in modern university are examined. The analysis of literature on the problem of professional self-determination and ways of its solving is made. The work of professional orientation system should be based on the following principles: completeness of information systemacy, forming of key competencies, continuity of professional orientation, personal-oriented approach to the professional self-determination, project approach. The author suggests the professional and personal model of working out projects of professional self-determination that will allow solving the main problem of professional orientation system: youth preparation for professional life and their self-determination
