  • 摘要:At present, young and mid-aged teachers account for a substantial proportion in the teaming staffs at private colleges and universities. Young teachers are the core of the development of private colleges and universities, so it is extremely urgent to apply the modern human resource management concept to reform the private colleges and universities. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the construction of the current private colleges and universities, and proposes a point-based evaluation system for young teachers. By combining the evaluation system and the compensation system, we will stimulate the behavior of teachers with competitive advantages, promote the development of young teachers, and maximize the value and value-added of teachers.
