摘要：Live birth is recommended as the primary clinical outcome in studies of infertility. Although it is commonly treated as a dichotomous response, namely live birth or not, time to live birth is also of important clinical interest. In this call-for-attention essay, we present the subtlety in characterizing the time to live birth, but not to offer a solution.
