摘要：ISO/IEC 21000-22 User Description is being developed by ISO/IEC JTC1/SC29/WG11 (MPEG: Moving Picture Experts Group) that aims to achieve interoperability among different applications and services in the context for enhancement of user satisfaction. In this paper, we analyze an ISO/IEC 21000-22 User Description including with current status and future application plans. To realize the proposed newly description, it performs the experiment of XML-based recommending service for visual communication (VC) using ISO/IEC 21000-22 User Description. Finally, it prove the XML-Based description for Recommendation service can be implemented and show the visual effectiveness.
