  • 摘要:Mental illnesses since the beginning of human creation exist and no human immunity is safe against these diseases and this danger always threatens human. There is no compromise and behavioral disorders in human society are very evident and abundant . On each floor and in each union and collective entities, so an unstable life for all people, including workers, scholar s, doctors and engineers, farmers, university professors, etc., there is a risk of psychological distress in other words, any human has not immunity against diseases. Physical and mental health and the expansion of happiness and relaxation phenomena affect ed human beings in relation to the environment. Poor functioning of institutions, economic systems, social and cultural health of a community is directly related to physical and mental health of the community and the health of people at risk. IT and stress of learning and using it is also one of the factors affecting mental health. The rapid growth of information technology, especially in the last two decades, as th e agents of change in community organizations will be considered. Information and communicati on technology in many of the affairs in the current period of time, changes have been made quick and inequality in this area. Certainly the lack of attention to these de velopments has irreparable damage. In this article we have tried to investigate the rol e of these two factors and concepts is addressed in this context.
