摘要:To date, several methods have been developed for the design and development of employee's career pa th, but the goals and philosophy of this issue has not grown much. Many people make their career decisions around the world through observation and trying to adapt them with world. This is what really should be the opposite. The best career is a process th at begins from within. Career path in one's life is very important. Understand the career path within an organization need to review the process of how pe ople plan and implement their own career goals (career planning) and how development organizations to design and implement their own career path. It is certain behavioral characteristics from the positive or the negative after many organizational results and posit ive aspects of behavior can reduce many of the adverse consequences of the organization. Tha t an important factor in the productive efficiency of human decency.
