摘要：Frequent list of failures of the business process reengineering efforts, exhibit the lack of leadership commitment and support. This paper examines the foundation, theory and styles of leadership, which is an imperative element of the BPR. The various research findings over the last decade is used to depict that successful leadership is to have a balance between task-oriented leadership and people-oriented leadership.
