摘要：Over the years, the use of the digital media has grown manifold in all the spheres of life. Yet its potential needs to be harnessed completely in the field of education. Education in India is still suffering from lacunae that curtail the exploitation of the digital technologies to the fullest for the welfare of the students. In light of the above, the paper attempts to explore the policies and issues that exist in the use of digital technologies in education.
