摘要：The aim of this study investigated the status of Shahid Chamran University's faculty of management knowledge repository as part of the university's repository of organizational knowledge, identify problems and provide solutions to improve the system it is. As a practical research, it followed the survey method which was administered as a case study. To collect data about the views of experts and faculty members Shahid Chamran University to arrange interviews and questionnaires were used. Interview all relevant experts was performed and the questionnaire among sample society to that stratified- random sampling method selected, was distributed. The findings showed that faculty members are more or less positive attitude towards the existing system and the assignment of his work are and the existence of such a system is useful to know. Despite the problems,almost all members of the system they use but we must bear in mind that with increasedmembers of the trading systemthey will increase voter turnout. So the need to inform the public about the system and the holding period and regular workshops with quality felt. Due to system problems and solutions provided by users to improve the promotion and advancement of management knowledgerepository the university helps. To further improve this system can be hoped an important part of the infrastructure necessary for the implementation of knowledge management at the Shahid Chamran University provided.
