其他摘要:Human resources management is considered as one of the most important integration processes in providing and attracting the human resources. In this study, we used queue theory to recognize the optimal number of required human resources in the organization. The queue theory parameters are composed of (average waiting time, coefficient utilization, spent time average and average queue length). The data and information were collected and analyzed for various amount of servers (employees). The results indicate that decreasing in required number of human resources can play as an important role in problem solving guidance.
