摘要：La frontera entre la esfera o dimensión estética y ética de la existencia humana en la perspectiva del filósofo danés Søren Kiekergaard resulta porosa o puede llegar a desaparecer, cuando la actividad del artista sigue un derrotero formativo de orden místico a la manera de los artistas considerados como verdaderos en el pensamiento precolombino mesoamericano. Esto es, cuando el impulso alcanza a anular las disyuntivas “Either/Or” que separan lo estético de lo ético, elevando el espíritu del artista y transfigurando la trascendencia de su lenguaje estético. Este es, precisamente, el núcleo central que se argumenta en este trabajo: busca redimensionar los alcances que puede llegar a tener lo planteado por Kierkegaard como modesta contribución para su ponderación hacia el pasado y el futuro. ABSTRACT: The boundary between the aesthetic and ethical spheres or dimensions of human existence, in the perspective of Danish philosopher Søren Kierkegaard is a porous one and can even disappear altogether when the artist’s activity follows a formative path of a mystical nature, as did those who were considered true artists in Pre-Columbian Mesoamerican thought, i.e., when impulse succeeds in overcoming the “Either/Or” dichotomy separating the aesthetic from the ethical, thus elevating the artist’s spirit and transfiguring the transcendence of his aesthetic language. This is precisely the central core argued in this paper, which is intended to resize the scope that can have the points made by Kierkegaard, as a modest contribution to their weighting towards the past and the future.
