其他摘要：A study was conducted to investigate serum biochemical and micro mineral status on 18 kankrej cattle during transition period. The transition period for present study was defined as last four weeks before parturition and first four weeks after parturition and it was divided into three stages viz., stage-I (late pregnancy), stage-II (recent parturition) and stage-III (early postpartum). Serum biochemicals (total protein, globulin, total cholesterol, bilirubin, uric acid) and Micro minereals (zinc, copper and iron) showed significant (P<0.05) alteration during stages of transition period. All the serum biochemical parameters except albumin did not show any significant (P<0.05) changes duringtransition period.KEY WORD: Transition period, Serum biochemical, Micro mineral.
