It is a great pleasure to introduce you with the Winter 2008 issue of Civilacademy Journal of Social Sciences for whom we have been working with devotion since three months. With each issue our journal renews itself and with each issue we come one step closer to being perfect. In this issue, Civilacademy Journal of Social Sciences contributes to academia with a very wide perspective of social sciences. Articles from the branches of language to economics, from public administration to advertisement and international relations are waiting to meet with their readers in this issue.

I would like to sincerely thank my friends in the editorial board with whom I have been working in harmony and systematically since the day I started editing the journal; to the members of Civilacademy Social Sciences Society who support as all the time; to the chairman of supervisory board of Civilacademy Social Sciences Society and to the administration and faculty for their immediate helps and guidance.

I feel the honour of informing you about the celebrations that come from academia for Civilacademy Journal of Social Sciences.

I hope the success of our journal will continue, and I believe that the Winter 2008 issue will shed light to academic studies.

Uc aydir ozveriyle surdurdugumuz yogun calismalarimizin urunu Civilacademy Sosyal Bilimler Dergisi'nin Kis 2008 sayisiyla karsinizdayiz. Her sayisiyla kendisini yenileyen ve her sayiyla mukemmeli hedefledigimiz dergimiz Kis 2008 sayisiyla da akademik literature genis bir yelpazayle katkida bulunuyor. Bu sayida dilden, ekonomiye, edebiyattan kamu yonetimine, reklamciliga ve uluslararasi ilislilere sozde degil ozde dopdolu dokuz makale Civilacademy okuyuculariyla bulusuyor.

Editorluk gorevine basladigim gunden bu yana buyuk bir uyum, keyif ve sistemle calistigim dergi yayin kurulundaki arkadadlarima; bizden desteklerini hic esirgemeyen Civilacademy Sosyal Bilimler Toplulugu uyelerine; Civilacademy Sosyal Bilimler Toplulugu yonetim kurulu baskanina ve fakulte yonetimi ve akademisyenlerine en icten tesekkurlerimi sunuyorum.
