标题：A importância da RESEX do rio Cajarí (AP) à contenção do desmatamento da área sul do estado do Amapá e os indicadores socioeconômicos de sua população, sob o enfoque socioambiental

摘要：Considerando justificativas e objetivos estabelecidos na política de implantação de Unidades de Conservação de uso sustentável-RESEX no Brasil, em especial na Amazônia brasileira, o presente trabalho avalia a contribuição da RESEX do rio Cajari (AP) à contenção do desmatamento da área sul do estado do Amapá e, não menos importante, aos seus indicadores socioeconômicos. Os resultados apresentados revelam a significativa contribuição da referida RESEX à contenção do desmatamento. Em outra condição, os resultados de ordem socioeconômica apontam para a necessidade de maior atenção por parte de órgãos governamentais, essencialmente na execução dos programas, que em grande parte, ainda, só vistos no planejamento. Em que pese essa situação, há de se destacar, ainda, o interesse da população local pela permanência da referida Unidade de Conservação-RESEX do rio Cajari (AP).
其他摘要：Considering the justifications and objectives established in the policy for the implementation of RESEX in Brazil, especially in the Brazilian Amazon, the present study evaluates the contribution of the RESEX of the Cajari (AP) River to the containment of deforestation in the southern area of the state of Amapá and, not least, their socioeconomic indicators. The results presented reveal the significant contribution of the said resex to the containment of deforestation. In another condition, socioeconomic results point to the need for greater attention by government agencies, mainly in the execution of the programs, which are still largely seen only in planning. In spite of this situation, it is also important to highlight the interest of the local population for the permanence of this Conservation Unit-RESEX of the river Cajari (AP).
