摘要：Nature versus Nurture – the perpetual debate with no dogmatic conclusions befits ‘parenting’ much more than other aspects of living and life. More often than not parents are the primary, immediate and important environment in which their children grow and get nurtured. Parents hence are the platform on which the development of children unfolds. Parents provide their off-springs the genetic basis which determines many aspects of their being. The control of this aspect of being a parent is far from being perfect, that is choosing what genetic aspects to pass on and what not to one’s child.
