In this paper we are interested in providing teachers of physical sciences a distance training; via the PSPICE simulator; in science education and the integration of ICT in their teaching practices. This online training, based on the platform eFrontlearning is an effective alternative to continuous training in face mode. Indeed, conventional trainings are limited in time and are not always appropriate to the availability of the majority of concerned teachers. By against, the distance training offers great flexibility in time and space. The added value of this work is evident in eliminating stresses generated by conventional formations that are related to the movement of teachers and their repeated absences during their formation.
