摘要:There is evidence of the impact of mental disorders at the workplace.The burden of mental health problems in the workplace has seriousconsequences not only for the employees but also for the productivityof the organizations. However, the burden of mental health disorderson the health and productivity of employees has long beenunderestimated by the organizations. Several reduction strategies ofthe burden of mental disorders in the workplace are available andcompanies can focus on the development and implementation ofinterventions to promote better mental health in their workingenvironment. This paper provides an overview of the maininterventions to promoting mental health in the organizations andcomments on their effectiveness.
