摘要：strategic management is the formulation and implementationof the major goals and initiatives taken by an organization'stop management on behalf of owners, based on considerationof resources and an assessment of the internal and externalenvironments in which the organization competes. In the recentdecade, sustainability (ability to successfully sustain anorganization) in a context of rapidly changing environmental, social,health, and economic circumstances has emerged as crucial aspect ofany strategy development Strategic management practices havebeen observed to significantly relate to the sustainability and growthof firms in the wake of modern corporate governance systemsglobally. This paper looks into the influence of strategic managementpractices on the sustainability of state corporations.
