摘要:The purpose of this study was to evaluate effect oforganizational dimensions on a firm’s international marketexpansion. The study sought to achieve the following objectives;to examine the significant relationship between a firm’s size and itsmarket expansion, to determine the effect of organizational strategieson Bank of Kigali’s international market expansion and to assess theinfluence of Bank of Kigali’s culture on its international marketexpansion. The expansion of business into foreign markets facescultural challenges that cut across national, business environment andorganizational cultures. The purpose of this study was to determineorganizational dimensions on a firm’s international market expansion.The study adopted a descriptive research design. Simple randomsampling was used to determine the sample size. The study targetedBK employees totaling to 95 people, the sample size was 77respondents. The study used primary data collected usingquestionnaires. Data collected was analyzed through SPSS version 21.Data analysis involves statistical computations for averages,percentages, and correlation and regression analysis. The studyfindings indicated that firm size (r=0.518, p<0.01), organizationstrategy (r=0.421, p<0.01) and organization culture (r=0.498, p<0.01)significantly correlate to the bank market expansion. The studyrecommended that the bank management should embrace andconsider employee decision to strengthen bank culture and to earn theloyalty of the employees.
