摘要:The purpose of this study is to develop and test atheoretical framework which demonstrates the effect offour personal factors on employees Adherence to rules inKuwaiti business organizations. The model suggested in thisstudy includes organizational citizenship behavior, affectiveorganizational commitment, organizational trust, andprocedural justice as possible predictors of adherence to rules.The study also attempts to compare the effects of the suggestedfactors on employee's adherence to rules. The new model will,hopefully, extend previous research by adding new variables tothe models used to explain employee's adherence to rules.Structural equation modelling was used to analysis the data, theresults showed significant direst effects of affectiveorganizational commitment, organizational justice, andorganizational trust on adherence to rules. A discussion of issuesrelated to adherence to rules is presented, as well asrecommendations for future research
