摘要：Project selection is an important multi-criteria decision makingproblem for companies. The aim of this study is to apply theproject selection process in a manufacturing company in thetextile industy by using analytic hierarchy process (AHP) andPreference Ranking Organization Method for Enrichment Evaluation(PROMETHEE) methods. These methods are able to integrate bothquantitative and qualitative information of alternatives. By using themodel proposed, the decision makers may compare all the alternativeprojects and select the best one which meets the expectations of thecompany. Although the case study deals with the project selectionproblem, the combination of AHP and PROMETHEE methods can beapplied succcesfully to other decision problems of a company.
